FULL FLUSH STEEL DOORS

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Full flush doors have mechanically interlocked, hemmed, hairline seams
on vertical edges and have no visible seams on face. Doors specified "seamless"
have no visible seams on faces or vertical edges. A one piece, chemically treated 99 lb.,
one-inch cell, kraft-fiber honeycomb slab is securely bonded to each face sheets under
pressure with contact adhesive. The top and bottom door edges are closed flush by 16 gauge
steel channels welded in place. The bottom edge channel can also be installed inverted
(optional). Underwriters Laboratories and Warnock Hersey are available for fire labels if
required.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

foamed-in-place polyurethane core. The core fills the entire door cavity and is chemically
bonded to all interior surfaces. Density of foam exceeds 1.8 pcf and it has crush strength
of 3600 psf. The top and bottom door edges are closed flush by 16 gauge steel channels
welded in place. The bottom edge channel can also be installed inverted (optional).
Underwriters Laboratories and Warnock Hersey are available for fire labels if required.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Door face sheets are mechanically interlocked, with edge seams welded
the full height and ground smooth. No seams are visible on faces or vertical edges. 22
gauge steel stiffners (20 or 18 is optional) are placed 6" apart and welded every
5" along their length. Fiberglass batting insulates the area between stiffners. Flush
top channel and inverted bottom channel are 16 gauge steel and are welded to both face
sheets. Underwriters Laboratory and Warnock Hersey are available for fire labels if
required.

solid mineral fiber slab which is securely bonded to both face sheets under pressure with
waterproof contact adhesive. The top and bottom of the door are closed flush by 16 gauge
steel channels welded in place. The bottom channel can also be installed inverted
(optional). These are UL listed 3 hour fire doors.
